Jamee's parents are her largest supporters. They have both offered an unbelievable amount of financial and emotional support. They have been integral in helping Jamee make some of the most important decisions along the way. Brian & Rhonda are excellent video camera operators, truck & trailer drivers, grooms, and cheerleaders. Without their support, nothing would be possible

There is no doubt that Jeff is the best husband around. He is clever and inventive with building things on the property, he takes the best care of the horses while Jamee is away and he NEVER misses an opportunity to be supportive of Jamee and her endeavors. He is an excellent ground person and much to his chagrin, a wonderful groom. Jamee is often heard saying "I am extremely lucky that I married my best friend."

Drs. Brunk & Stahl have a commanding presence in sport horse medicine. Their understanding of sport horse training programs is phenomenal. They both are responsible for making sure the Rafter J Horses are in top condition for training and competition. Team Rafter J would be lost without their state-of-the-art veterinary clinic, access to top of the line services and their expertise.

Phil is responsible for all of the farrier work on Rafter J Dressage horses. He has decades of shoeing experience with top show horses and it shows in all of the horses. He is a very important part of Team Rafter J. Jamee greatly appreciates the ability to discuss the way the horses are going in training and how that relates to issues in their feet.

Jen is Team Rafter J's saddle fitter, tack master, and biomechanics expert, all rolled into one person. She has taught Jamee a great deal about biomechanics and the importance of well-fitting tack. The Rafter J horses are forever working in the correct, perfectly fitting tack due to her diligence and expertise. Jamee is extremely proud to call her a member of the Rafter J Team and a friend.
